FREE DELIVERY

EC provides free delivery within Riga for all purchases over 30 Euro, regardless of the quantity and weight of the goods ordered.

FREE DELIVERY

 

For purchases made outside Riga, or if you wish to receive by parcel post, a delivery charge is calculated according to the total weight of the purchase and the delivery address. The delivery amount is calculated at the time of placing the order.

You can choose delivery to an Omniva parcel machine. We will send the goods to the nearest Omniva parcel office to your address, according to the information available on the Omniva website (https://www.omniva.lv/privats/adreses).

If you wish to receive the goods at another Omniva outlet, please reply to the order confirmation e-mail immediately after payment or send an e-mail to info@elviskruze.com with your order number and the address of your preferred outlet.

DELIVERY TIME

The delivery date is specified at the time of placing the order.

Please note that this time limit is from the moment the order has been processed and the goods have been packed for dispatch. The processing time for each order may vary from one working day to up to five weeks. If the processing time is longer than one week (5 working days), you will be contacted by our consultant and you will have the option to cancel your order.

Deliveries are only made on weekdays from 10:00 - 20:00, local time. When placing an order, you must take into account the available delivery times and indicate as the delivery address the address where the order can be accepted during the delivery time.

The delivery address must be given in detail. Additional information such as staircase number and apartment number (if delivery is to be made to a block of flats) is required to ensure delivery at the scheduled time. If the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, the delivery times indicated may be extended without prior notice and you will be charged for arranging a new delivery.

The exact telephone number which the customer can be reached at the delivery times indicated must be provided. The courier will normally contact the customer by telephone prior to delivery to ensure that the customer is at the address indicated and will be able to accept the parcel addressed to him/her. If the telephone number provided is inaccurate or cannot be reached, the delivery times may be extended without prior notice.

The courier has the right to ask you to present an identity document (passport, ID card or driving licence) at the time of delivery in order to verify the identity of the recipient and to record the last 5 digits of the document number.

The Buyer must accept the Goods independently. At the time of delivery of the Order, the Buyer is obliged to check with the Courier its conformity and quality and to sign the documents related to the execution of the Order (delivery note, delivery document). If the Buyer discovers that the packaging of the Goods delivered is defective (torn packaging label, damaged packaging or other external damage), the Buyer shall be obliged to indicate this in the delivery document (Seller's copy), upon discovering such discrepancies immediately notify Us by writing to info@elviskruze.com so that We can contact You. Otherwise the Goods will be deemed to have been delivered properly and without defects.
