The trust of our Customers is important to Ieroči Lāčplēsis KI Ltd, (hereinafter referred to as ''EC'' and/or ''We''). Our aim is to make our Customers feel secure when they disclose their personal data to us. In our day-to-day operations, we make sure that personal data is protected. EK cares about the privacy and personal data protection of its Clients and respects the Clients' right to lawful processing of personal data in accordance with Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter referred to as the Regulation) and other laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Latvia, binding instructions and regulations issued by the responsible authorities in the area of privacy and data processing.
This Privacy Policy informs and explains how EK takes care of and protects the personal data of our Clients in its possession, explains how and for what purposes our Clients' data is processed, and provides information on the rights and obligations of our Clients.

personal data: any information directly or indirectly relating to a natural person;
services: all types of services and goods offered and provided by the EC, whether online or face-to-face;

The Privacy Policy is applicable to all data processing, regardless of the form or medium in which our Customers submit their personal data (website www.elviskruze.com , e-mail), the Privacy Policy applies to ensure the privacy and protection of personal data of: natural persons - customers, users of services, visitors and buyers of the online store EK.
How do we obtain personal data?
We may receive personal data in a number of ways and the information we obtain about an individual depends on the content of the transaction, including the Service selected and used.
The data subject has provided his/her personal data to the EC, i.e. when the data subject or his/her authorised person contacts and/or interacts with the EC, e.g. in the preparation and conclusion of a contract;
applying for and using EC Services;
subscribing to newsletters and seminars;
requesting information or making an application for a specific question or request;
shopping in the Online Shop.
We also obtain information in the context of any form of mutual cooperation, for example when our Customers or business partners participate in EC events, during which photographs may be taken or video images may be recorded, about which information has been provided above.
What personal data do we collect and what are the purposes of the processing?
Depending on the service or cooperation used, we collect the following data:
basic data or personal/client identification data: name, surname, date of birth;
data relating to the relationship with the Customer or information arising from the services provided to the Customer: proof of purchase of goods and related transactions, delivery data, repair and related equipment data, defects, visual image, customer contact details, customer applications, customer contact details: name, telephone number, e-mail address;
data obtained on the basis of the Customer's consent. The consent shall remain valid until it is executed or withdrawn, as the case may be, if sooner.
photographs/photos: photographs/photos of EC events, date of photo;
video data: video from client events, CCTV on EC sites, date of recording.
For what purposes do we process personal data and what is the legal basis for the processing?
The EC processes personal data only for specified and necessary purposes based on certain legitimate grounds, including the legitimate interests of the EC.
Your data is processed for:
for the provision of services and for the performance of a contract/transaction, including registration and purchases in the online shop, service requests on www.elviskruze.com , EC points of sale. The purpose of the processing relates to the provision of services and the performance of concluded contracts (transactions). We carry out processing on the basis of law and contract (transaction).
for the preparation and conclusion of a contract. The purpose of the processing concerns new customers, first-time or new services/transactions. We carry out the processing on the basis of the law and the contract (transaction).
We transfer the personal data necessary for the performance of payments to the authorised processor PAYPAL.
In cases of mutual communication, to provide the data subject with support and information, including for the resolution of reported issues. The purpose of the processing relates to communications between the data subject and the EC, including applications, submissions or any contact (including by post, email, website, etc.) made by the data subject. We process on the basis of law and contract (transaction), including the application, submission or question submitted.
To prevent, control and detect criminal offences against our property (theft, vandalism, etc.) and to protect the vital interests, including health and life, of employees, customers, visitors and others. The purpose of the processing relates to the video surveillance carried out. We carry out the processing on the basis of legitimate interest.

The purpose of the processing relates to the sending of EC commercial communications, customer loyalty events, seminars, training and other specific purposes, for example if you attend an event organised by the EC during which photographs may be taken or video images may be recorded, as previously disclosed. We carry out the processing on the basis of the data subject's consent.
The EC processes Personal Data only for the processing purposes set out above. In order to protect the interests of natural persons, protects Customer Data by using modern technological capabilities, reasonably available organizational, financial and technical resources, as well as security measures. As part of these measures, we ensure an adequate level of information protection to prevent unauthorised access to personal data.
To whom can we provide personal data?
We may share the information you provide with our business partners, service providers, in certain cases where there is a specific purpose, for example, to ensure the quality and prompt performance of contractual obligations with the Customer, we may authorise our business partners to deliver goods, process payments or provide services such as equipment maintenance and repair services, to engage business partners for marketing and sales promotion purposes, for direct marketing and in the management of sales projects.
We have the right to transfer the Customer's personal data necessary for the performance of these services to our business partners to the extent necessary for the performance of these activities. Our business partners will ensure that they comply with the requirements for the processing and protection of personal data in accordance with EC requirements and legislation and will not use personal data for purposes other than those for which we have authorised them.
In addition, we may disclose information about you:
If required to do so by law or legal process;
to law enforcement authorities, as well as national and local authorities, upon their request;
where we believe that disclosure is necessary or appropriate to prevent physical harm or financial loss or in connection with an investigation of suspected or actual illegal activity;

How long do we keep data?
